Pani Tammy formerly served as the parish Assistant Cantor. She earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of South Dakota. She studied graduate music performance and education at Rutgers University. Pani Tammy taught vocal and instrumental music in both public and private schools at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels, and holds permanent teacher certification in Music in New York and New Jersey. She has performed in various symphonic and wind ensembles throughout New York and New Jersey and currently plays Saxophone in the Old Bridge Symphonic Band. She is proficient in all wind instruments and also taught brass, percussion, and strings. Pani Tammy served in the United States Air Force as a Registered Nurse and attained the rank of Captain. She continues working as a Certified School Nurse in the East Brunswick School system and holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree. She is the proud mother of three which includes two daughters serving in the United States Air Force.
